This is very interesting. My 20 year old daughter has 21 deficency CAH, diagnosed at birth. Our 13 year old daughter was checked at birth and was OK. She's never showed any problems. Recently though when she play an extemely physical basketball game or runs a long distance, she's been complaining about pain in her lower abdomen. We thought she must have pulled a muscle and the doctor advised us to rest a few days and give it time to heal. But this brings up the stress/carrier question.
