My daughter has mild late onset. She was diagnosed because of excess facial and body hair and irregular periods. My husband is short (5'4") and so is my son. My son was tested after my daughter was diagnosed, and his blood tests were negative. However, now I am wondering if their short statute has something to do with being a carrier. I have excess facial hair, but I always attributed that to being postmenopausal even though I am taking hormone replacement. This is very interesting; I am looking forward to learning more.
