Not to post my opinion again, but my daughter also chews her pills. We started her at 2yrs and found a scoop of ice cream helped her chew it. We figured who cares about the teeth, we were dealing with bigger issues. At that point in time we used to wake her up to take the pills and used ice cream. By three she didn't need it anymore. The bracelet for us went easy. I made it small enough she couldn't take it off and ignored any crying. Now that she is 8 she looks for others with them (and there seem to be very few). It's tough in that 2 yr old age. Sounds like your daughter is very bright and confident. Good for her.
