I have a niece whom I believe may have CAH. She was a "failure to thrive" infant. She has always had a lot of long arm and leg hair. She has been slow in her development and has been labeled mildly mentally retarded. She is 8 now and I noticed pubic hair and what I would call an enlarged clitoris. Does this picture sound familiar to anyone?
