hi everyone, i just thought that i would add mt two cents about this whole issue. when i was a child and still growing I had blood draws every three months. I believe that they were generally done in the morning. As I have gotten older I have blood draws about once a year if i am with a good endo. I was with an endo that did not draw my 17-ohp for 4 years. When i recently had it drawn it was at 1404! Way too high. And to think that every year when i went to see her I asked her to run the test and she refused. I surpassed my expect height by 5 inches and i am the tallest girl in my family but i still think that my growth was slightly stunted cause my bone age was so advanced and i reached my adult height at 10 years old. too bad, i could have been a great basketball player.(i am 5'7" now) Now I take my blood draws after my appointment which is usually late afternoon. I have often wondered if my levels fall at the midnight point as they say that they do cause i the most energy in the evening which seems contridictory. I have always been a night owl! Anyway that is just my thoughts. ashley
