i have bhad severe headaches since i was 9 years old. mine also start at the base of my skull annd migrate through my jaw and up one side of my head. i recently increased my cortisone dosage and most of the headaches have disappeared. when i mentioned it to my endo he was surprised. i don't know but i know that as long as i am not suffering i am not complaining. ashley
