I've always been a little overweight (of course, in your teens you always think you're heavy) but I really blew up after my pregnancies. I have been able to control it but it takes commitment to exercise and diet which at the moment I don't have :-(. It's hard to get to the gym when you have young ones (5 and 7) that are not in school all day and take turns getting sick. I'm an optimist though, so I know I'll get back to it. Doesn't help that my non-CAH husband is a couch potatoe!Sheila
