CAH can and does cause infertility in some of us. Just raised testosterone levels can cause infertility. When I was diagnosed in my mid-thirties, I believed I would then be able to get pregnant. Unfortunately, I was already peri-menopausal and it was too late for me. I didn't know it then, I was still hoping, hoping every month. But 3 years ago at 39, I went into early menopause. Find the very best doctor you can who's familiar with CAH and is a real infertility specialist. And do it NOW. You may even want to contact The Endocrine Society. They have a website you can visit.
