We applied for SSI in Fl. we went before the board 3 times but were never accepted. We have yet to apply here in N.C. my guess is that we would need a lawyer to recieve it. It is a worthwhile venture. We were told in Fl. that they couldn't get enough info. on CAH to actually process our application. It's worth a try though, CAH is a condition that has no set guidelines on progression.
