Acne is part of CAH because of the extra andorgens. My daughter, now 13, has some facial acne, partly just because she's a teenager. what works well for her acne is a medication called benzamycin. pharmacist mixes it up for you and then you apply it each night. keep it in the refrigerator. it works well if used regularly. what you folks describe may not be acne but if it is, this stuff does help.
