More and more we hear that the scientists are finding a pattern imprinting genetically the same in people who are known to be homosexual indicating that they were born that way. Knowing what we know now about CAH and genetics emasculating our girls in the womb how can anyone be so close minded as to say that God didn't make that child just the way it is for his own reasons! Each and every child is a blessing from God and will need our acceptance and understanding. Also, I have known several people in my life who are gay and they all exhibited these "signs" when they were just toddlers. That's way before they even knew what sexual preference was. God created these children as he did all children. God will love these children as he loves all children. Let's just love each other especially on this most holy holiday! The God that I grew up loving and praying to wouldn't even use the word disgusted. He would pray that the family would the have strength do deal with whatever comes their way. I will pray for your child's sake that he/she is not homosexual mostly because I can't imagine a child growing up with a parent who chooses not to even try to understand the genetic role play here and needs his/her parents more now than ever and is met with nothing but distain and intollerance. My priest said the other day that he would find it hard to believe that God wouldn't love ANYONE who was created out of love. The real sin here is passing judgement on someone you have never met and don't even know. As God preaches - forgive them and forgive yourself. "Gods laws" as you choose to call them were written and rewritten by human beings and their interpritation of them as they understood them. I learned a long time ago that God is about love and being good to one and other. I came to understand this because in school I was being taught that humans evolved from apes. At the very same time, I was being taught in Sunday school that God made us and we evolved from Adam and Eve. How do you explain that one with all the evidence of the prehistoric man?
