Our instructions are similar to those mentioned above; we were also told to double the medication when our child had a "bad col" - they gave the example of: anything that would keep them home from school. Good luck - it's just sort of guessing at this point, isn't it?! Better to be over medicated for a day or two, than to have needed the extra cortisol and not had it, I guess??
