Since some of the masculinization to cah girls is done in the womb and you have a boy, you probably don't have to worry about him being too feminine. He recieved extra testosterone during developement and not estrogen. If the therapy is suppressing too much of the testosterone then it seems that it could be adjusted. I know there are a lot of parents here with cah boys and none of them have seemed to notice any feminization with their boys. As far as the barbie dolls..well he sounds like a typical boy wanting to climb way up high to get something! Maybe he likes the attention he gets from acting silly pretending to be a girl. Most little kids act weird anyway. If you really continue to feel strong about his behavior then ask the doctor to do some additional hormone levels. Try not to worry. I know it's not always easy..I worry about my daughter all the time. She is driving!! As far as gender issues go .. who knows for sure.
