Wendy-Lee, All I can say is that my fair skinned daughter (who does not have CAH) gets very rosy cheeks from over activity, heat, sun, even a bit of embarrasement (at 6 years old). She also gets flushed cheeks when she has a fever. My son (who does have CAH) has a darker tone to his skin and never even gets sunburned. Is your daughter fair of skin? That could be the answer, but you might want to check her temperature just for your own piece of mind. Good luck. LKT
