There are some people who feel that homosexuality is a genetic misfire like all other disorders. Your belief that it is a chosen lifestyle is just that, your belief. I find it hard to believe that anyone would choose to be gay when there is so much hatred directed at them. That is my belief. In some of your recent posts, you have admonished people for putting out misinformation when it doesn't agree with your strong opinion. You have tried to indicate that some advice that was given should not be taken because it was again in contrast to your beliefs. Having an opinion is one thing, trying to put your beliefs out as the only truth is another. There are many people on this board who have strong religious beliefs. I am also sure that there are people here who are not that religious and some who have no religious affiliation at all. This board has been a lifeline to me at various points in my family's daily struggle with CAH. I feel that preaching of any kind should be reserved for the pulpit. We look to each other for help and advice about CAH not for religious and moral instruction. Every opinion is valid and I don't think anyone on this board has the right to try to change anyone's opinion to match their own. Isn't that really what happened to create the Third Reich? Anyone who didn't agree with Hitler was eliminated. That's just my opinion. Please let's go back to helping and supporting each other. Isn't that the Christian way?
