I would be very interested in info on this. My son (22 months old) often gets a sort of "hot flash". His face will turn red and he will be warm to the touch, but no fever. It usually only lasts a few minutes. I have just really started to take notice of it and haven't yet been able to connect it to activity, food, medication timing, or such. As with everything, I never know if it is CAH related and something to be concerned about, or if it is just something he does as a unique human being. Huh?
