I "had to" practice on the nurse in my ped endos office before I could leave. And it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm glad I did it. It felt nothing like an orange. I did practice on a stuffed animal so I could learn to visualize how deep to go. I would try to find someone (or your self) to practice on. Janet
