Thanks for your help. My OB has recommended we get a genetic workup done. I just did not want to go through a whole workup if there is a simple test that can be done. I live in a rural area and they know nothing about CAH. My husband was diagnosed when he was five and is now 40. He has been stable for years so we haven't really needed an expert on CAH. Thanks again!! I guess we will go through with the genetic counseling!
