ok i get you now. If anything that i say below you do not understand please let me know cause I know that your english is limited. some CAH girls may have problems having a menstrual cycle depending on their own body and the amount of male hormones they are exposed to and their own body chemistry. I have problems having a cycle by myself so i take birth control pills which is a combination of female hormones that trick my body into thinking that i am pregnant so i do not ovulate. One week out of the month I stop taking the pills and I have a period during that week. I started taking these pills when i was 14 but I got my period when i ws nine. For your daughter, she may not need the pill at all. I would talk with her dr, about it once she has gone through puberty. I would give her several years to develop her own cycle. Some CAH children start puberty early and the dr. here in the US have started giving Lupron to delay the onset of puberty to a more appropriate time. You daughter is young though so I would not worry too much about all this yet unless she is displaying signs of puberty(breast growth, public hair, strong body odor) I hope that this helps. ashleyashley
