OK, here's another dumb question: in untreated (late onset) female CAH'ers, does the clitoris continue to grow with the child, becoming increasingly out of proportion?? I may be paranoid, but my daughter's clitoris seems to be swollen for the last few weeks, and I'm wondering if she has an infection or irritation of some sort, or if it could be a sign that her meds are screwed up. (she did complain about an "ouchy" for just one day last week when she peed, but nothing came of it, and she seems fine otherwise - should I see her pediatrician???)
