I have an almost three year old daughter. She has complained that her "pee-pee" hurt her when she urinated. I took her to the pediatrician both times and turned out to be a urinary tract infection. I think you should check with the doc. As far as the clitoris growing, that is a good question, check with the endocrologist for that one. I would think it could grow if the meds are REALLY off. They always are checking my daughter with every endo. visit. Think of the late onset children that their clitoris begins to grow, then when properly diagnosed, it stops. But in this case I think she could have a urinary tract infection. If she had "corrective surgery" this could be the problem. Not all bladder infections bring a fever. My daughter never had a fever with the last two infections. Good Luck.
