I took her to the doctor this afternoon, and it turns out she had a mild local irritation from a bubble bath at Grandma's house! The Dr. gave us some cream and Annelise should be back to normal very soon, and you can be sure that Grandma was made aware of the dangers of bubble baths for little girls!
