For me as an adult with CAH, I have a terrible time with PMS. Almost every month I get a migraine on day 21 of my cycle. I am so careful what I eat and try to not be under too much stress on day 21. I always have one day that I'm in a rage (I too, might cry that day) and another day that I want to eat the house up. I've also noticed that I feel pain a lot more when I'm premenstrual and I get pessimistic. Part of my problem this month (it's day 23 for me today) is that I had a shot of solucortef 4 weeks ago and because of the rapid tapering (going from 100 mg of solucortef to .625 of Dex the next day) I have got a NASTY case of fibromyalgia in my arms (you hear about this all the time on the Addison's board, pain from tapering) I'm wondering if any of the children's parents on this board have noticed their kids having joint achiness after having a solucortef shot. It's horrible pain, and it's been 4 weeks now. Keeps me from being on the computer much. I'd love to hear from others, if you have similar symptoms. I know on the late-onset board, lots of gals do.
