I have two children with CAH (5 years and 14 months) and I give them both the tablets to chew. Because they have been having the medication since birth crushed and mixed with water they are used to the taste and they chew the tablets up without any trouble. I always give my kids a nice sweet drink after their medecine to take the awful taste away and to make sure they have swallowed all the medecine down
