Keep a very close eye on her over night! sounds like you're doing everything you can at this point. I would DEFINITLY push for the ultrasound RIGHT AWAY IN THE MORNING! The adrenals sit right on top of the kidneys--hmmm?. Also (just a thought) my 11yr old step-daughter, non-CAH, gets excrutiating pain in her abdomen before her periods (she's had "it" since she turned 10)probably ovulation. Her mother & grandmother have this problem too...they showed her how to stand with her belly against a wall with her arms folded up under her face as if she were lying flat on her belly on the floor...sounds strange, but it works wonders for her.
