My 7 year old girl is also non salt wasting, just diagnosed, and the endo put her on 5mg Hydrocortisone morning and night to start stabilising. This is the starting dose he said. After two months he took bloods to see how she was doing, and we weren't quite there with all the levels, although most were ok, so he increased the evening dose by half a tablet.
