I'm extremely paranoid, but I'd try to arrange to have her electroyltes (sodium & potassium) done, just to make sure everything is OK with her meds, first. I also woulnd't totally rule out an infection, as some bacterial cultures take several days to grow; my daughter had a bad UTI twice now, and both times the initial test for infection was negative, and then several days later, the cultures that came back showed that she had an infection. An ultra-sound is a good idea too, to rule out other kidney problems. I would continue with the meds you have been giving her, and keep a very close eye on her, especially at night, making sure she's not getting dehydrated as well. Will keep you both in my prayers.
