Well i hope that all will be better soon. if she does need the ultrasound and she is at all uncomfortable about doing it by herself please insist to the tech that you go with her. i also had to have an ultrasound at 11 or 12 and was made to do it by myself and it was the most awful experience because i did not know what was going on and i was scared and my mother was not there.
