Although I am not a child with CAH, I did have something like this last year. It began with an infection and stomach virus-type illness and then I developed pain in the kidney area. The doctor told me that the virus seemed to have settled in my kidney area and to continue the antibiotics. I completed the antibiotic course and the kidney pain disapeared. I hope it ends up being something as simple as that. Good luck, Lynn
