Bob and I are (were) the other couple there. I feel a little more positive than Karen. Although it would have been nice to have everybody say, "let's do it, now!" at least they said, "let's look at doing it". There was one ped endo there, however, who seemed to me to only be interested in how the bill will get paid. Fortunately, she's not my Dr., or Karen's either. Another really more important issue came out, too. After we get newborn screening in all 50 states, how do we address physician education??? Boy do I have an ER horror story!!! CAH is definitely not the first thing they address when a child comes in to the ER crashing.
