I don't know what to say. I don't have any medical training and I would be terrified to give you an opinion about your doses and levels. I just use the mg/m2 as a starting point for talking to my son's doctor. Since he is so young and growing so fast it allows us to see better what we are doing with his meds. He has been everywhere between 14mg/m2 and 21 mg/m2. His levels have been too high when he gets closer to 14mg/m2 and he is oversupressed (cushingoid) as he takes closer to 20mg/m2. 10mg/m2 does seem on the lower end from the reading I have done - BUT there is such a spectrum from mild to severe cases. I guess if I were you I would seek out a endo you feel comfortable with. (Hopefully your insurance allows you some choice). I think it is so critical to have a dr. that listens to you, reviews all your history, and is willing to find the best meds and doses for you. It seems from reading this board that some people do better on different drugs and some do better with a different mix (e.g. florinef even if not salt wasting seems to help some with the 17ohp levels) Have you been able to find a good endo? If not, maybe someone on the board can help in your area. Also, even if you have a good dr. I know it can be hard to go in with lots of questions. I never used to be able to speak up for myself when I was younger. Now I have learned that I have the right to ask for help I need, and honestly, once I did it a few times it got much easier. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
