chris, i ma not sure what to think. i have been told that 30mg/day is the upper limit for hydrocortisone in the treatment of CAH. At 25mg i am almost there although having cut back 5 mg the cushnoid symptoms are reduced. but i am not sure what to think at 10-11 mg2/mg( or what ever the measure is) I do not have a good endo and i am working on getting one. i have an appointment with one in my area that someone of the LOCAH board said was great but i refuse to have an physical exam below the waist so many dr.s believe me to come in with an attitude and say that they can not treat me effectively without a physical exam. i don't really know what to do.
