I have a 21 month old son with salt wasting CAH. He has been very very slow growing. What are the causes of this? Can something be done? My other concern is that he has had trouble with constipation almost from the get go, can this be related to CAH? He drinks 2 teaspoons of mineral oil everyday for this condition.
