hi janet, my daughter now 4 years old has had several "cystoscopies" she did very well. we did most of her surgeries at an early age.her first initial at 3 mths. when i look back now,i'm so glad we decided to go ahead at an early age.she has no memories (unlike her daddy & me)of a traumatic experience for us all.unless she has some future complications she is through with surgeries for now!! i think my husband & i had a harder time than she did.karli did & continues to do very well,she recovered quickly.this is so nice to have someone to express your feelings with,when karli was diagnosed i had a very lonely feeling.even with alot of family support i was still lonely.so i would like you to know,(just in case)your not alone- i'm sure olivia will do beautifully!! my thoughts and prayers are with you.
