How do I post on both "new format" and "old format"? (May 2000)

How do I post on both "new format" and "old format"?

I just posted a letter on the old format board. How do I get it to post on the new format board with out having to re- type it? I am also trying to post my letter on the adult onset CAH part of this site and I can't get into it. Could some one tell me how to do these things. Thanks! Rose
