This board is great for information as you will get every possible opinion out there. My son is almost 6 months old and we have done alot of learning over this time. I remember when he was first diagnosed after getting extremely ill (we live in Alberta and there is no screening for CAH here currently), and I came across this board soon following his diagnosis. At first the things that I read on this message board really scared me. Everything I read just brought up more questions. Just try to remember that your child will go through his up's and down's, but certainly won't go through all of the problems/crisis that you read on this board as this is a representation of many children. Keep a note pad by your computer to write down your questions, because you will have so many it will be impossible to remember them all. I always take my questions to my son's endo and get her to answer them. But when I want to an opinion from someone who may have gone through the same thing I ask the board. Anyways, this is a website that you definetly should bookmark.
