Good to hear from you again. I am glad your daughter is sleeping well. Jack is doing well. Based on his sleep and appetite I think he is on a better dose. We are having his blood drawn on Friday. Hopefully the blood levels will be good. He is on 15.5 mg/m2 of Cortef tablets. (2.5mg, 2.5mg and 3.75mg per day). Yes he is "fat" looking too. Everyone always comments on his "big cheeks". I always worry, but then think I am doing all I can. All I can do is make sure he is eating well, sleeping well, growing well and his levels are o.k. I have to hope that his fat will go away as he gets older. My understanding is that the dose needs to be adjusted less frequently as the child gets older because they aren't growing so fast. For example, my son more than triped his weight and grew 14 inches in two years. I don't think he will ever grow like that again. Those first few years they just grow so much. Hope your visit with your mother went well. Take care.Chris D
