Go for it, I have two children with CAH and they are wonderful. I have said before on this topic that I personally don't think I will have any more but this is more to do with the expense of raising children than with the CAH. I want my children to have nothing but the best!!! There is no reason why you shouldn't have another child if you and your husband really want to. CAH kids are not different really except they need careful monitoring of their medication and also a bit of extra care when they are unwell. If people think you are doing the wrong thing it is probably because they do not fully understand the condition and realise that there is nothing hard at all about having a child with CAH. What is so hard about handing out medication each day and taking extra care when your child is sick???
