Our endo and geneticist told us that subsequent affected children WOULD have the same type of CAH, so I don't think you'll have to worry about late-onset CAH. From all that I've read and been told, I doubt that 3 weeks worth of dexamethasone would make that much of a difference. Your new daughter may be a carrier still, and although the opinions on whether or not carriers exhibit some CAH traits are extremely varied, it is something I would definately want to be aware of. Congratulations on your two beautiful daughters!
