My son was started out on 2 florinef tabs per day (0.1 mg each) when he was 10 days old. At 2 1/2 months he was inconsolate, so at the emergency room the ped endo measured his blood pressure - it was 240/190. His florinef dose was reduced to 1 tab per day and he's been fine for the last 4 years.
