My son has complained of chest pain a few times. He looks pale and can't seem to breath well. He will be holding his chest and saying his heart is beeping too hard. He acts totally exhausted and has to lay down for awhile. I have felt his heart when he has has these episodes and it usually is beating extremely hard. I figure he has just been playing too hard and needs to slow down. I have noticed that he has always had a problem with adrenaline rushes. Sometimes for no reason.
