This is sort of different but here goes: when I was on the dex while pregnant, I often experienced chest pains associated with high blood pressure and rapid pulse. It had absolutely nothing to do with activity or stress, and would sometimes wake me in the middle of the night. I agree with the above posts, and think you should have Ryan's blood pressure checked - I will pray for him (and Jonah says he will, too!)
