Dear Lynn, I have adult onset CAH and I was not treated for many years even though I was having frequnt crisises. (I had doctors who did not understand CAH). I eventually developed constant chest pain shortness of breath and I frequently have tachycardia and then I developed ventricular tachycardia which is a really dangerous cardiac arythmia. I never had any heart rythem problems or chest pain before I developed CAH. So I am begining to believe that my chest pain and arythmias developed because I was not getting the adrenal support I needed. Also I get low blood pressure and tachycardia so I was given florinef and it made my chest pressure so much worse! The other thing that makes my chest pain and shortness of breath much worse is when my sugar drops too low. Good night! Rose
