Lynn, I think that Joan was saying that oversupression would cause these problems, not undersupression. If given too much cortef, your child could suffer the same ill effects of the steroid that normal people get(from using steroids). If given too much florinef, the body will be keeping too much salt instead of just enough and that could cause problems such as high blood pressure. You kind of have to think of your son as if he were normal. If he's having problems and they are related to the meds, it is because he is getting too much or too little.Christina F.
