Hi Lynn, I have been dealing with these occasional chest pains for a couple years with my 6 and 1/2 yr old. Her CAH was not under control either (And she has the BEST doctors) She started puberty at 2. 2 years ago I went so far as to take her for EKG and related tests for her chest pains and every thing has come back normal. I don't really know what to think. I, who do not have CAH suffer from occasional chest pain too. But with my daughter I had to have her tested so I would know she was OK. I was always told it was growing pains but I stopped growing (at least upward) 22 years ago. Linda
