We have an awful lot in common. Just on different schedules. I quit my job completely just over a year ago when he began experiencing some very strange behavior. He had bouts of extreme tempertantrums, then he would cry and appologize, he lost a lot of weight, grew several inches, wouldn't eat and needed a lot of attention. I quit work to be with him since my doctor said it wasn't CAH related. I thought, "it must be my parenting skills". Then, at 4 years old, he began to go through puberty. Not the cute little one when they "discover" themselves, but the one that they go through in their teen. Still my doctor said it wasn't CAH related. Needless to say, I ran out of that office and sought help for him. By this time, he was already permanently damaged in that his growth would be stunted as an adult. I can only say thank God that I stayed home with him. Then, and only then would I have been sure to see the full spectrum of the puberty symptoms. You are so right Pamela. I'm glad you figured it out before any permanent damage was done to your child. God Bless.
