She wears it right on the very front belt loop. It would be difficult to remove her clothing without seeing it. It dangles down enough to be noticed. She did wear a bracelet for awhile but it used to always get caught on things and it's actually broken several times because of that. We have spent more than a few occasions hunting through yards and fields to find her bracelet. With the belt loop method she hasn't lost it yet. At least in her case it seems to be more secure that way and I'm confident that it would be seen in the event of an accident. Thanks for your concern. I agree that it's not an option whether to wear it or not, she must have it on. But I think sometimes a creative method of wearing it can work out o.k.
