We have always schedule our endo for her first visit of the day 1:00pm. Given that my son get's his second dose of the day @1 we do the blood test before the visit that way he is not late and they can see what his levels are like when he is due. We have been doing that consistantly for 5years and have never missed or changed. We give the meds at 6:30(weekends no later than 8); 1:00 and 7:30. We changed from 11:pm years ago because of the impact it was having on the family unit and it has never been a problem. Ryan has always been extremely well controlled. I think the issue is sticking to a schedule and being dedicated to the routine. Judy
