I guess normally I wouldn't be concerned about this my only question would be could it be a sign of early puberty. I myself at 36 have them. I was diagnosed about 1.5 yrs ago. Mine come and go with my cycle. They develop when I ovulate and disappear when I have my period. My docotor tells me they are fairly common and are they kind I want if I have to have them. She said they could also be a sign of the change starting for me. My point is for me they are clearly hormone related. JudyJudy
