Lynn-I understand your conern and anxiety and feel for you. Trying to make sense of everything is so difficult sometimes. My question is, how important is the DNA testing? We have not even considered doing this. I thought one day my 7 year old will want to know if she is a carrier. I did not know it would be important for me and my husband to be tested. Also, I thought that if my younger daughter with CAH marries, she will want to know if her husband is a carrier. If I understood that genetic testing would help one of us in some way, I would go through it. Can anyone explain who in the family goes through testing and why? Thanks! Good luck Lynn!
